RICHARD J. WEINER is our senior partner and has extensive litigation experience in the prosecution of complex and catastrophic injury cases. He has successfully tried hundreds of cases in his almost forty-five (45) year legal career. Mr. Weiner has specialized in the prosecution of catastrophic injury cases; head injury cases; all types of malpractice cases; toxic torts and dram shop litigation. He has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney and he is a diplomat of the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Weiner is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the Dickinson School of Law. He has lectured both nationally and internationally on the prosecution of tort cases.
